Marine Life is under immense threats from climate change, acidification pollution and invasive species. But these are compounded by over-fishing, which strips the ocean of life, so reducing its capacity to produce oxygen, absorb carbon dioxide and regulate the climate.
Our state-of-the-art indoor facilities will sustainably produce organic shrimp at the heart of a seafood crossroads where regional demand, advanced logistics and our supply minimise the environmental footprint and maximise product value.
The facility will be the largest sustainable RAS facility in the Middle East and North Africa with an annual organic shrimp production of 7,400 tonnes. An integrated bios-secure production facility with no effluent discharge to the oceans, sustainable feed production and supply, coupled with logistics and climate smart on-shore location on the Arabina Penisular.
